오큘러스 개발자등록을 한다

이거 안하면 퀘스트에 앱을 못 올린다

오큘앱에서 활성화 해준다.

이거없으면 퀘스트실행이 안되니까 다들 하나씩 있을것이다

그리고 퀘스트를 usb로 pc랑 연결해서 usb디버깅과 파일접근 모두 허용한다

나중에 앱관리가 어려우니 패키지네임은 신중하게 써 넣는다
